B2Ostudios Return & Refund Policy
At B2Ostudios, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Original tags must still be attached.
- Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
How to Start a Return
Email dwilli94@syr.edu with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting first.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received I will be sure to get the money back asap.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, B2Ostudios will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Include your order number and photos of the issue when possible.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges depend on available inventory.
Nonreturnable Items
Gift cards and items marked final sale are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect rights provided by applicable law.
